Payment is required at the time of service. Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.
Fees are subject to change. You will be given at least 30 days notice before fee changes occur.

Insurance
Dr. Woods accepts Tricare as a nonparticipating non-network Tricare Certified provider. Beneficiaries pay for services up-front and receive a superbill for services rendered. Beneficiaries are responsible for filing their own claims with the provided superbill and will receive reimbursement from Tricare, minus any applicable cost share. As a nonparticipating non-network provider, Dr. Woods maintains the legal right to charge up to 15% more than the Tricare-allowable for a given service.
For all other insurance carriers, Dr. Woods is considered an Out-of-Network provider.
Some insurance carriers provide out-of-network benefits that will cover a portion of your fees. You may wish to contact your insurance carrier to verify out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services. Questions to ask include:
What are my outpatient mental health benefits?
What is the reimbursement rate and what percent of reimbursement is covered?
Do I have a deductible and, if so, what is the amount?
Is authorization for services required and, if so, how do I obtain it?
Is there a limit on the number of visits?
What procedure codes are approved?
